National Advance Care Planning Week, will run between 20 – 26 March. Advance Care Planning Australia is encouraging the community, regardless of age or health status, to make future health care preferences known.
The time is now to talk about what matters most to you and have a complete estate plan to ensure your financial, medical, and legal wishes are known through estate planning documents such as a Will, enduring power of attorney, and enduring guardianship. These are separate documents, each covering a distinct and important aspect of your care and estate.
We understand that Estate Planning involves thinking about situations many of us would prefer not to consider, but it does provide peace of mind, knowing that you have protected your loved ones from the burden of dealing with courts or tribunals and that your estate and affairs will be managed in accordance with your wishes.
