As part of our commitment to collaborating and listening to our customers, we have recently put in place a tab to make it easier to provide feedback – whether it’s a suggestion, a compliment, or a complaint.

The Public Trustee’s new Feedback tab is visible on each page of our website.

You can provide feedback via the tab by clicking on the • smiley face to give us a compliment; • frown face to tell us about a complaint; or • lightbulb to make a suggestion on our services.
