How to Save and Continue Later

You can leave the Personal Information form and finish it later. Follow these simple steps to avoid losing your progress:

1. Click “Save and Continue”

While filling out the form, look near the “Submit” button for a link or button labeled “Save and Continue Later”.

2. Get your unique link

Once you click the save button, the form will generate a special link. This link is your “key” to return to your work.

3. Save the link (Important)

You can save this link in two ways:

Copy the URL: Copy the link provided on the screen and save it in your notes or browser bookmarks.
(Recommended) Email the Link: Enter your email address in the field provided to have the link sent directly to your inbox.

4. Resume later

When you are ready to finish, click the link from your email or paste the copied URL into your browser address bar. All your previously filled information will be restored.

Key Things to Know

Expiration: Saved links usually expire after 30 days.
Log-in Requirement: Sometimes you must be logged into your account to save, though some forms allow guest saving via browser cookies.
Multiple Devices: If you are logged in, you can usually start on a phone and finish on a computer. If you are not logged in, you must use the same browser and device.
