When does an Enduring Power of Attorney begin to operate?
You can activate your Enduring Power of Attorney whenever you decide you would like assistance in managing your financial affairs.
Alternatively, if because of illness or injury, you are unable to manage your financial affairs, your Enduring Power of Attorney can be activated for you.
Until your Enduring Power of Attorney is activated you will have full and independent control of your affairs.
