Who should I choose as my Attorney?
Should the need arise, your Attorney will be in complete control of your financial affairs. This means that you must have complete confidence that your Attorney not only has good intentions but has the appropriate skills and experience to act in your best interests.
Being an Attorney requires a good working knowledge of legal, business, financial and investment issues. This is why many people opt for 'professional' Attorneys such as Trustee companies, solicitors or accountants.
