A Will is a legal document in which you state how you want your assets to be distributed after your death. A Will also allows you to choose an Executor who will be responsible for making sure your wishes are met.

There are many misunderstandings about Wills and the administration of deceased Estates. Please feel free to contact us or make an obligation free appointment to talk to us face-to-face if you have any queries.

If you choose to write your Will at the Public Trustee, it is important to note that the Public Trustee will be appointed as your Executor.
